Soygem.party (officially nicknamed "The Shemmy") is an imageboard website centered around the posting of soyjaks, among other things. It was created on January 22, 2024, by a Japanese chink nicknamed Svvt as a place for soyteens to escape the newfaggotry of Soyjak.party and continue to preserve 'jakking culture (basically Jarty 2, but this time Sharty is dead enough for people to care to seek refuge). Since then, it has developed a vibrant culture on the foundation of the old Sharty, with more of a focus on raiding and OC.

The Shemmy has 14 boards, however the vast majority of posts are made on /soy/, which on the average non-outage day gets 1k posts. During outages, the Shemmy usually gets 3k or so posts depending on how long Root and codefag spend shitting on the servers.

The absolute state[edit | edit source]

Most people have thought that the shemmy has been long in decline. A big factor to this thinking has been the fact that the shemmy is constantly botted and raided. Despite this the ppd and activity has stayed mostly the same, but due to staff incompetence bidenflare has been enabled almost 24/7 these days. Who knows when this will end.
