PPH is an acronym which stands for "Posts Per Hour". As the name of it implies, it measures how many posts are sent each hour on average. Having a good amount of PPH is something that many online communities like the Shemmy struggle to have and maintain. PPH is best known for amongst Shemmy users for being the thing that users have to constantly worry about and have panic attacks over when they think that it is too low. As a result of this PPH fearmongering and memes about it are apart of Shemmy culture.
